Terms of Service

Last updated: April 24, 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of AgentDog (the "Service"), provided by AgentDog, Inc. ("AgentDog," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

AgentDog provides observability, memory, and auto-remediation for AI agents in production. The Service captures telemetry from your agents, runs detectors against that telemetry, and may draft pull requests in your linked code repositories.

2. Eligibility & Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Access during the trial period requires an access code we issue to you. You may not share, sell, or resell access codes without our written permission.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys, admin tokens, and any other credentials we issue. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Your Content

You retain all rights to (a) the source code AgentDog reads from your linked repositories, (b) the agent telemetry your SDK sends to us, and (c) the memories AgentDog extracts from your runs. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process this content solely to operate the Service for you.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to process personal data beyond what your agents would naturally process — AgentDog is not a substitute for proper PII handling in your own systems.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the Service's source code beyond what's legally permitted.
  • Use the Service to build a competing product or to train a competing model.
  • Knowingly transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other tenants' data.
  • Issue access codes you received from us to third parties without our written consent.

5. Sub-processors & Data Flow

AgentDog uses sub-processors (including Anthropic and Supabase) to deliver the Service. The current sub-processor list is published in our documentation and is incorporated by reference into our DPA. Material changes are announced via email and acknowledged in the dashboard before auto-remediation can be re-enabled. Bring-Your-Own-Key (BYOK) for Anthropic is available in your agent settings.

6. Intellectual Property

AgentDog and all related trademarks, logos, software, and documentation are owned by us. Your access does not transfer any ownership.

7. Beta & Trial Disclaimer

The Service is currently provided as an early-access beta. While we operate with reasonable care, the Service may have bugs, may produce incorrect detector findings or fix suggestions, and may have downtime. Always review drafted pull requests before merging. AgentDog does not auto-merge code into your repositories — every change is human-reviewed by you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENTDOG'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD $100 FOR FREE-TRIAL USERS — WHICHEVER IS GREATER. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate access at any time. Upon termination, we retain your data per the retention policy in our Privacy Policy and DPA. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing yash@tryagentdog.com.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date is acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Delaware.
